We learned our alphabet back in kindergarten, but we're still learning our beauty alphabet. Just when we thought we had BB, CC and even DD creams mastered, we find ourselves with, you guessed it, EE creams. We're starting to feel a little anxious.

Women's Wear Daily is reporting that "extra exfoliation" cream (aka EE cream) is set to hit the market courtesy of Previse Skincare this March. The potion, called EE MarineGranules, is technically a "botanical-based marine mousse" which is added to a cleanser for more exfoliation. The product aims to take back some of the exfoliation market cornered by Clarisonic. It will retail for $40 and contain ingredients like oatmeal, bamboo stem powder, marine algae extract and jojoba beads.

As for whether EE cream will have an impact like BB creams have, we'll just have to wait and see. But if your brain is spinning with all these letters, a little refresher:

BB creams (short for blemish balms) were the first to hit the shelves, and provide coverage like a foundation, but with extra benefits like SPF or anti-aging properties.

CC creams came next (color correcting), and have all the good stuff in BB creams, plus ingredients to help reduce redness.

Then it was DD creams—the daily defense, or dynamic do-all. This cream is intended to decrease the appearance of pores, provide coverage, even out skin tone, and, well, do it all.

And now, EE creams. Got it? Us neither.
